Abstract:
This method for producing an electrode laminate for all-solid-state lithium batteries comprises: a step for forming a laminate of a layer containing solid electrolyte particles, each of which comprises a core part containing a lithium ion conductive garnet type oxide that contains Li, La and one or more elements selected from the group consisting of Zr, Nb and Ta and a cover layer containing a lithium phosphate salt and covering the surface of the core part, and a layer containing an electrode active material that absorbs and desorbs lithium or a precursor of the electrode active material; and a step for forming a laminate of a solid electrolyte layer containing the garnet type oxide and an electrode layer containing the electrode active material by sintering the above-described laminate at 600-1,300°C. A separator layer containing a garnet type oxide is able to be sintered by this method without reacting with an electrode active material or another electrode layer constituting material during the sintering.
