Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an alignment device capable of being more compact, accurately detecting display panel edges, and precisely aligning display panels. The alignment device 10 comprises: a panel stage 39 upon which a display panel 2 is placed; a travel mechanism 40 that moves the panel stage 39 and aligns the display panel 2; and a camera 41 that detects an edge of the display panel 2. In the alignment device 10, the panel stage 39 comprises: a stage main body 42 formed using a translucent material and having the display panel 2 placed thereupon; and a light emitting body 43 that lights up the stage main body 42. The stage main body 42 shines when the camera 41 detects an edge of the display panel 2.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'alignement capable d'être plus compact, de détecter avec précision les bords d'un panneau d'affichage et d'aligner avec précision des panneaux d'affichage. Le dispositif d'alignement comprend : un étage de panneau (39) sur lequel est placé un panneau d'affichage (2) ; un mécanisme de déplacement (40) qui déplace l'étage du panneau (39) et aligne le panneau d'affichage (2) ; et une caméra (41) qui détecte un bord du panneau d'affichage (2). Dans le dispositif d'alignement (10), l'étage du panneau (39) comprend : un corps principal d'étage (42) formé à l'aide d'un matériau translucide et sur lequel est placé le panneau d'affichage (2) ; et un corps émetteur de lumière (43) qui éclaire le corps principal de l'étage (42).
