Abstract

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a thermoplastic resin composition capable of providing a molded article, which has excellent stringing resistance during hot plate welding, has a highly satisfactory surface appearance, has sufficient impact resistance as a lamp housing material, wherein the amount of gas generated by materials of the molded article is small. The thermoplastic resin composition is characterized by containing a thermoplastic resin component (A) and a saponified fatty acid ester (B), wherein the content of the saponified fatty acid ester (B) is 0.1-10 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the thermoplastic resin component (A).

Le but de la présente invention est de fournir une composition de résine thermoplastique capable de fournir un article moulé, qui a une excellente résistance au cordage pendant le soudage par plaque chauffante, a un aspect de surface très satisfaisant, a une résistance aux chocs suffisante en tant que matériau de logement de lampe, la quantité de gaz générée par les matériaux de l'article moulé étant faible. La composition de résine thermoplastique est caractérisée en ce qu'elle contient un composant de résine thermoplastique (A) et un ester d'acide gras saponifié (B), la teneur de l'ester d'acide gras saponifié (B) étant de 0,1 à 10 parties en masse par rapport à 100 parties en masse du composant de résine thermoplastique (A).

熱板溶着時の耐糸引き性に優れ、高度に良好な表面外観を有し、材料の発生ガスが少なく、かつ、ランプハウジング用材料として十分な、耐衝撃性を有する成形品を得ることができる熱可塑性樹脂組成物を目的とする。熱可塑性樹脂成分(A)と脂肪酸エステルのけん化物(B)を含有し、熱可塑性樹脂成分(A)100質量部に対して、脂肪酸エステルのけん化物(B)が0.1質量部以上10質量部以下であることを特徴とする。
