Abstract:
(EN) To provide a metal/resin composite structure having excellent adhesion, obtained by joining a surface-roughened metal member and a resin member formed from a polyarylene sulfide (PAS) resin composition, a PAS resin composition used in the metal/resin composite structure that exhibits excellent fluidity and excellent adhesion, a resin member that exhibits excellent adhesion, and a method for manufacturing the same. More specifically, to provide: a PAS resin composition including a PAS resin (A) and a phenol resin (B) in a range of 0.05-20 parts by mass of the resin (B) with respect to 100 parts by mass of the resin (A); a resin member obtained by melt-molding the PAS resin composition; a metal/resin composite structure obtained by joining a surface-roughened metal member and a resin member formed from the PAS resin composition, the metal/resin composite structure wherein the metal member is aluminum, copper, magnesium, iron, titanium, or an alloy containing the same; and a method for manufacturing the metal/resin composite structure.
(FR) L’invention concerne une structure composite métal/résine ayant une excellente adhérence, obtenue par assemblage d’un élément métallique à surface rugueuse et d’un élément en résine formé à partir d'une composition de résine à base de poly(sulfure d'arylène) (PAS), une composition de résine PAS utilisée dans la structure composite métal/résine qui présente une excellente fluidité et une excellente adhérence, un élément en résine qui présente une excellente adhérence, et un procédé de fabrication d’une telle structure composite métal/résine. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne : une composition de résine PAS comprenant une résine PAS (A) et une résine phénolique (B) dans une plage allant de 0,05 à 20 parties en masse de la résine (B) par rapport à 100 parties en masse de la résine (A) ; un élément en résine obtenu par moulage par fusion de la composition de résine PAS ; une structure composite métal/résine obtenue par assemblage d’un élément métallique à surface rugueuse et d’un élément en résine formé à partir de la composition de résine PAS, la structure composite métal/résine dans laquelle l'élément métallique est l'aluminium, le cuivre, le magnésium, le fer, le titane, ou un alliage les contenant ; et un procédé de fabrication de la structure composite métal/résine.
(JA) 表面粗化された金属部材と、ポリアリーレンスルフィド(PAS)樹脂組成物により構成された樹脂部材とが接合してなる密着力に優れた金属/樹脂複合構造体、それに用いる、流動性に優れ、優れた密着力を呈するPAS樹脂組成物、および優れた密着力を呈する樹脂部材およびそれらの製造方法を提供すること。さらに詳しくはPAS樹脂(A)と、フェノール樹脂(B)とを、前記樹脂(A)100質量部に対して、前記樹脂(B)を0.05~20質量部の範囲で含むPAS樹脂組成物、それを溶融成形してなる樹脂部材、および、表面粗化された金属部材と、前記PAS樹脂組成物により構成された樹脂部材とが接合してなる金属/樹脂複合構造体であって、前記金属部材がアルミニウム、銅、マグネシウム、鉄、チタンまたはそれらを含有する合金である、金属/樹脂複合構造体およびそれらの製造方法を提供すること。
