The purpose of the present invention is to provide a vehicle frame supporting device having a novel structure which is capable of reliably exhibiting a desired vibration damping characteristic while having a simple structure, and which is capable of stably providing a vibration reduction effect that is effective against multidirectional input vibration. The present invention comprises a first mounting member 12 and a second mounting member 14 that are mounted to mounting portions 60, 62, respectively, which are set so as to be spaced apart from each other on a body frame 54. The inner shaft-shaped portion 20 of the first mounting member 12 and the outer cylindrical portion 42 of the second mounting member 14 are arranged with the inner shaft-shaped portion 20 inserted in the outer cylindrical portion 42. The inner shaft-shaped portion 20 and the outer cylindrical portion 42 are elastically coupled in the direction perpendicular to the axis by a highly damping elastic body 16. An intermediate member 24 is interposed in the connection portion where the highly damping elastic body 16 is connected to the inner shaft-shaped portion 20 and/or the outer cylindrical portion 42. The highly damping elastic body 16 is connected to one of the inner shaft-shaped portion 20 and the outer cylindrical portion 42 with the intermediate member 24 interposed therebetween so that the damping effect by the highly damping elastic body 16 is exerted to any relative displacement in the axial direction, the direction perpendicular to the axis, the twisting direction, and the torsional direction of the first mounting member 12 and the second mounting member 14.

La présente invention a pour objet de produire un dispositif support de châssis de véhicule ayant une structure nouvelle qui est capable de présenter de manière fiable une caractéristique d'amortissement des vibrations souhaitée tout en ayant une structure simple, et qui est capable de produire de façon stable un effet de réduction des vibrations qui est efficace contre les vibrations à entrée multidirectionnelle. Pour ce faire, la présente invention comprend un premier élément de montage (12) et un deuxième élément de montage (14) qui sont respectivement montés sur des portions de montage (60, 62), lesquelles sont définies de manière à être espacées l'une de l'autre sur un cadre de carrosserie (54). La portion interne en forme d'arbre (20) du premier élément de montage (2) et la portion cylindrique externe (42) du deuxième élément de montage (14) sont disposées avec la portion interne en forme d'arbre (20) insérée dans la portion cylindrique externe (42). La portion interne en forme d'arbre (20) et la portion cylindrique externe (42) sont couplées élastiquement dans la direction perpendiculaire à l'axe par un corps élastique (16) à amortissement élevé. Un élément intermédiaire (24) est intercalé dans la portion de raccordement où le corps élastique (16) à amortissement élevé est relié à la portion interne en forme d'arbre (20) et/ou à la portion cylindrique externe (42). Le corps élastique (16) à amortissement élevé est relié à l'une parmi la portion interne en forme d'arbre (20) et la portion cylindrique externe (42), l'élément intermédiaire (24) étant interposé entre ceux-ci de telle sorte que l'effet d'amortissement par le corps élastique (16) à amortissement élevé soit exercé à tout déplacement relatif dans la direction axiale, dans la direction perpendiculaire à l'axe, dans la direction de torsion et dans la direction de torsion du premier élément de montage (2) et du deuxième élément de montage (14).

簡単な構造で確実に所望の防振特性を発揮することが可能であり、多方向の入力振動に対して有効な振動低減効果を安定して得ることができる、新規な構造の車両骨格サポート装置を提供すること。 ボデー骨格54に離れて設定された取付部60,62の各一方に取り付けられる第一の取付部材12と第二の取付部材14とを備え、第一の取付部材12のインナ軸状部20と、第二の取付部材14のアウタ筒状部42が内外挿状態で配されて、インナ軸状部20とアウタ筒状部42が高減衰弾性体16で軸直角方向に弾性連結され、インナ軸状部20とアウタ筒状部42の少なくとも一方への高減衰弾性体16の連結部分に中間部材24が介在されて、中間部材24を介して高減衰弾性体16が一方に連結され、第一の取付部材12と第二の取付部材14の軸方向と軸直角方向と捩じり方向とこじり方向の何れの相対変位にも高減衰弾性体16による減衰作用が発揮されるようにした。
