Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To make it poossible to effectively use an available band by appropriately estimating the available band, even when the available band significantly varies during switching of communication paths. [Solution] A currently available band is estimated on the basis of history information about past communication states stored in a storage unit, and the code amount at the time of encoding an image is controlled. Upon occurrence of switching of communication paths (handover), a temporary value of the available band corresponding to the communication path to be switched to is acquired. New communication state information is generated on the basis of the temporary values of the available band, and the history information stored in the storage unit is replaced by the new communication state information. The available band is estimated on the basis of the history information after the replacement.
(FR) La présente invention permet d'utiliser efficacement une bande disponible grâce à l'estimation appropriée de la bande disponible, même lorsque la bande disponible varie de manière significative pendant la commutation de trajets de communication. Pour ce faire, une bande actuellement disponible est estimée sur la base d'informations d'historique relatives à des états de communication passés stockés dans une unité à mémoire, et la valeur de code au moment du codage d'une image est commandée. Lorsqu'une commutation de trajets de communication (transfert) se produit, une valeur temporaire de la bande disponible correspondant au trajet de communication à commuter est acquise. De nouvelles informations d'état de communication sont générées sur la base des valeurs temporaires de la bande disponible, et les informations d'historique stockées dans l'unité à mémoire sont remplacées par les nouvelles informations d'état de communication. La bande disponible est estimée sur la base des informations d'historique après le remplacement.
(JA) 【課題】通信経路の切り替え時に可用帯域が大幅に変動する場合でも、可用帯域を適切に推定して、可用帯域の有効利用を図ることができるようにする。 【解決手段】記憶部に記憶された過去の通信状態に関する履歴情報に基づいて現在の可用帯域を推定して、映像を符号化する際の符号量を制御し、通信経路の切り替え(ハンドオーバー)が発生すると、切り替え先の通信経路に対応する可用帯域の暫定値を取得し、この可用帯域の暫定値に基づいて、新たな通信状態情報を生成し、記憶部に記憶された履歴情報を新たな通信状態情報に置き換えて、置き換え後の履歴情報に基づいて可用帯域を推定する。
