(JA) 保存溶液およびその保存溶液を用いた検体の保存方法、特に、検体のDNAおよび有機酸やポリアミン類などの化学物質の保存溶液およびその保存溶液を用いた保存方法
Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide a preservation solution that can be safely stored and transported at room temperature, and that preserves samples in a condition that allows at least one of following to be carried out: microbial population analysis in which a molecular biological technique is used; and physical and chemical analysis of chemical substances such as organic acids and polyamine. In addition, to provide a method for preserving chemical substances using the preservation solution. [Solution] Provided is a preservation solution for DNA or a chemical substance, characterized by being formed by mixing at least one selected from the group consisting of 3 types of reagents: 4 mol/dm3 of guanidine thiocyanate; 0.1 mol/dm3 of Tris-HCl having a pH of 7.0-9.0; and 0.04 mol/dm3 of EDTA. Also provided is a method for preserving a sample DNA or chemical substance using the preservation solution.
(FR) Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir une solution de conservation qui peut être stockée et transportée en toute sécurité à température ambiante, et qui conserve des échantillons dans une condition qui permet à au moins l'une des étapes suivantes d'être réalisée : une analyse de population microbienne dans laquelle une technique biologique moléculaire est utilisée; et une analyse physique et chimique de substances chimiques telles que des acides organiques et une polyamine. De plus, l'invention concerne un procédé de conservation de substances chimiques à l'aide de la solution de conservation. La solution selon l'invention porte sur une solution de conservation pour l'ADN ou une substance chimique, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est formée par mélange d'au moins un réactif choisi dans le groupe constitué de 3 types de réactifs : 4 mol/dm3 de thiocyanate de guanidine; 0,1 mol/dm3 de Tris-HCl ayant un pH de 7,0 à 9,0; et 0,04 mol/dm3 d'EDTA. L'invention concerne également un procédé de conservation d'un échantillon d'ADN ou de substance chimique à l'aide de la solution de conservation.
(JA) (課題)室温で安定的に保存・輸送ができ、分子生物学的手法を用いた微生物群集解析と、有機酸やポリアミン類などの化学物質の理化学分析と、の少なくとも一方を実施可能な状態で検体を保存する保存溶液及びその保存溶液を用いた化学物質の保存方法を提供する。 (解決手段)4mol/dm guanidine thiocyanateと、pH7.0以上から9.0以下の0.1mol/dmTris-HClと、0.04mol/dmEDTAと、からなる3種類の試薬群より、少なくとも1種類以上の選ばれる試薬を混合してなることを特徴とするDNAや化学物質の保存溶液及びその保存溶液を用いた検体のDNAや化学物質の保存方法。
