Abstract:
(EN) A method for repairing a cast steel member 10 by overlay welding with welding material 40 in parts where cracks 15 occurring in the cast steel member 10 have been eliminated, wherein, before the overlay welding, a fixing member 50 for preventing thermal deformation of the cast steel member 10 arising because of the overlay welding is attached to the cast steel member 10, and the fixing member 50 is deformed in an orientation opposite to the direction of thermal deformation by heating the attached fixing member 50. The fixing member 50 is, for example, a metal material of austenitic stainless steel. The fixing member 50, for example, is made to deform substantially the same amount as the amount of displacement of thermal deformation.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de réparation d'un élément en acier moulé (10) par soudage par recouvrement avec un matériau de soudage (40) dans des parties où des fissures (15) se produisant dans l'élément en acier moulé (10) ont été éliminées. Avant le soudage par recouvrement, un élément de fixation (50) pour empêcher une déformation thermique de l'élément en acier moulé (10) résultant du soudage par recouvrement est fixé à l'élément en acier moulé (10), et l'élément de fixation (50) est déformé dans une orientation opposée à la direction de déformation thermique par chauffage de l'élément de fixation fixé (50). L'élément de fixation (50) est, par exemple, un matériau métallique en acier inoxydable austénitique. L'élément de fixation (50), par exemple, est conçu pour se déformer selon sensiblement la même quantité que la quantité de déplacement de déformation thermique.
(JA) 鋳鋼部材10に発生した亀裂15を除去した部分を溶接材料40で肉盛溶接することにより鋳鋼部材10を補修する方法であって、肉盛溶接の前に、肉盛溶接により生じる鋳鋼部材10の熱変形を防ぐ固定材50を鋳鋼部材10に取り付け、取り付けた固定材50を加熱することにより、当該固定材50を熱変形の方向と逆向きに変形させておく。固定材50は、例えば、オーステナイト系ステンレスの金属材料である。固定材50を、例えば、熱変形の変位量と略同一量変形させる。
