Abstract
(EN) The present disclosure discloses a method and system for detecting disorders in retinal images. The method comprises, receiving one or more retinal images. Then, identifying one or more gross pathologies and extracting one or more patches around the one or more gross pathologies. Further, assigning confidence value to each of the one or more patches and classifying each of the one or more patches as belonging to a label of the set of labels. Further, computing a histogram for each label of the set of labels. Further, generating, a confidence vector for the corresponding retinal image. Further, generating a feature vector by combining the confidence vector generated for each of the one or more retinal images. A value of the feature vector determines the presence and grade of disorder.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé et un système de détection de troubles dans des images rétiniennes. Le procédé comporte la réception d'une ou de plusieurs images rétiniennes. Ensuite, l'identification d'une ou de plusieurs pathologies cliniques et l'extraction d'une ou de plusieurs taches autour de la ou des pathologies cliniques. En outre, l'attribution d'un indice de confiance à chacune de la ou des taches et la classification de chacune de la ou des taches comme appartenant à une étiquette de l'ensemble d'étiquettes. En outre, le calcul d'un histogramme pour chaque étiquette de l'ensemble d'étiquettes. En outre, la génération, d'un vecteur de confiance pour l'image rétinienne correspondante. En outre, la génération d'un vecteur de caractéristiques par combinaison du vecteur de confiance généré pour chacune de la ou des images rétiniennes. Une valeur du vecteur de caractéristiques détermine la présence et le degré de trouble.
