Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a novel method for rapid assessment of one or more subclasses of blood cells of interest (BCoI), as for example CD4+ cells and CD8+ cells, in a liquid whole blood sample or a sample derived therefrom; a method of determining the cell count for such cells; a method for determining the CD4/CD8 ratio;a method for determining the quantity of such receptors in a sample;as well as a vertical flow assay device for performing such assessment.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un nouveau procédé d’évaluation rapide d’une ou de plusieurs sous-classes de cellules sanguines (BCol) d’intérêt comme, par exemple, des cellules CD4+ et des cellules CD8+, dans un échantillon de sang entier liquide ou un échantillon dérivé de ce dernier ; un procédé de détermination de la numération de telles cellules ; un procédé de détermination du rapport CD4/CD8 ; un procédé de détermination de la quantité de tels récepteurs dans un échantillon ; ainsi qu'un dispositif de dosage à flux vertical pour la mise en oeuvre de cette évaluation.
