Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Verfahren zur Herstellung einer kälteflexiblen Polyurethanisolierung bei dem man (a) Polyisocyanate mit (b) Verbindungen mit gegenüber Isocyanaten reaktiven Gruppen, (c) Treibmittel, (d) Katalysatoren, (e) Weichmacher und gegebenenfalls (f) weitere Additive, zu einer Reaktionsmischung vermischt und auf eine Oberfläche aufträgt und zur Isolierung aushärtet, wobei die Verbindungen mit gegenüber Isocyanaten reaktiven Gruppen (b) mindestens ein Polyetherol (b1) mit einer nominalen Funktionalität von 4 oder größer, einem Anteil von Propylenoxid, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht von Alkylenoxid im Polyetherol (b1) von größer 60 Gew.-% und einer OH-Zahl von mindestens 300 mg KOH/g, mindestens ein Polyetherol (b2) mit einer nominalen Funktionalität von 3,5 oder kleiner, einem Anteil an prim. OH-Gruppen größer 50 %, und einer OH-Zahl von kleiner als 300 mg KOH/g, mindestens ein Polyesterol (b3) und Kettenverlängerer und oder Vernetzungsmittel (b4) enthalten. Weiter betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung eine Polyurethanisolierung, erhältlich nach einem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren.

The invention relates to a method for producing a cold flexible polyurethane insulation in which (a) polyisocyanates are mixed with (b) compounds with groups which are reactive towards isocyanates, (c) propellants, (d) catalysts, (e) plasticizers and optionally (f) other additives in order to form a reaction mixture, which is applied onto a surface and is cured in order to form an insulation. The compounds with groups (b) which are reactive towards isocyanates contain at least one polyetherol (b1) with a nominal functionality of 4 or more, a content of propylene oxide, based on the total weight of alkylene oxide in the polyetherol (b1), of more than 60 wt.%, and an OH number of at least 300 mg KOH/g, at least one polyetherol (b2) with a nominal functionality of 3.5 or less, a content of prim. OH groups of more than 50%, and an OH number of less than 300 mg KOH/g, at least one polyesterol (b3), and chain extenders and/or crosslinking agents (b4). The invention additionally relates to a polyurethane insulation which can be obtained using a method according to the invention.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une isolation en polyuréthanne souple à froid, dans lequel on mélange, pour obtenir un mélange réactionnel, (a) des polyisocyanates à (b) des composés comportant des groupes réactifs vis-à-vis des isocyanates, (c) des agents porogènes, (d) des catalyseurs, (e) des plastifiants et éventuellement (f) d'autres additifs, et on les place sur une surface et on les durcit pour obtenir une isolation, les composés (b) comportant des groupes réactifs vis-à-vis des isocyanates contenant au moins un polyéthérol (b1) présentant une fonctionnalité nominale de 4 ou plus, une proportion d'oxyde de propylène, rapportée au poids total de l'oxyde d'alkylène dans le polyéthérol (b1), supérieure à 60 % en poids et un indice d'OH d'au moins 300 mg KOH/g, au moins un polyéthérol (b2) présentant une fonctionnalité nominale de 3,5 ou moins, une proportion de groupes OH primaires supérieure à 50 % et un indice d'OH inférieur à 300 mg KOH/g, au moins un polyestérol (b3) et un allongeur de chaîne et/ou un agent de réticulation (b4). La présente invention concerne en outre une isolation en polyuréthane, pouvant être obtenue par un procédé selon l'invention.
