Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to an apparatus for introducing an electric cable (2) comprising a plurality of strands or stranded wires (1) into a housing (3), in particular into a housing (3) of a metering module of an exhaust-gas aftertreatment device, comprising an elastically deformable inner part (4) and an outer part (5) at least partially surrounding the inner part (4), wherein, in order to receive the strands or stranded wires (1), the inner part (4) has recesses (6) extending in a longitudinal direction, said recesses (6) being open via circumferentially arranged longitudinal slots (7) for inserting the strands or stranded wires (1). According to the invention, the inner part (4) has a conically formed external contour (8) and the outer part (5) has a conically formed internal contour (9), such that when the electric cable (2) is under tensile load, the inner part (4) is drawn into the outer part (5) and a force that brings about the elastic deformation of the inner part (4) is applied via the outer part (5), wherein the elastic deformation of the inner part (4) exerts a clamping force on the strands or stranded wires (1). The invention also relates to a metering module for an exhaust-gas aftertreatment device having a housing (3) and an apparatus for introducing an electric cable (2) comprising a plurality of strands or stranded wires (1).
(FR) L’invention concerne un dispositif d’introduction d’un câble électrique (2), comportant une pluralité de conducteurs ou de torons (1), dans un boîtier (3), notamment dans un boîtier (3) d’un module de dosage d’un dispositif de post-traitement de gaz d’échappement, comprenant une partie intérieure (4) déformable élastiquement et un partie extérieure (5) entourant au moins partiellement la partie intérieure (4). La partie intérieure (4) comporte des évidements (6) s’étendant longitudinalement et destinés à recevoir les conducteurs ou les torons (1), lesquels évidements sont ouverts par des fentes longitudinales (7), disposées circonférentiellement, pour insérer les conducteurs ou les torons (1). Selon l’invention, la partie intérieure (4) présente un contour extérieur (8) de forme conique et la partie extérieure (5) présente un contour intérieur (9) de forme conique de sorte que, en cas de traction du câble électrique (2), la partie intérieure (4) est rétracté dans la partie extérieure (5) et une force provoquant la déformation élastique de la partie intérieure (4) est appliquée par le biais de la partie extérieure (5). La déformation élastique de la partie intérieure (4) exerce une force de serrage sur les conducteurs ou les torons (1). L’invention concerne en outre un module de dosage, destiné à un dispositif de post-traitement de gaz d’échappement, comprenant un boîtier (3) et un dispositif d’introduction d’un câble électrique (2) comportant une pluralité de conducteurs ou de torons (1).
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Einführung eines mehrere Adern oder Litzen (1) umfassenden Elektrokabels (2) in ein Gehäuse (3), insbesondere in ein Gehäuse (3) eines Dosiermoduls einer Abgasnachbehandlungseinrichtung, umfassend ein elastisch verformbares Innenteil (4) und ein das Innenteil (4) zumindest abschnittsweise umgebendes Außenteil (5), wobei das Innenteil (4) zur Aufnahme der Adern bzw. Litzen (1) sich in Längsrichtung erstreckende Ausnehmungen (6) aufweist, die über umfangseitig angeordnete Längsschlitze (7) zum Einlegen der Adern bzw. Litzen (1) geöffnet sind. Erfindungsgemäß weist das Innenteil (4) eine konisch geformte Außenkontur (8) und das Außenteil (5) eine konisch geformte Innenkontur (9) auf, so dass bei einer Zugbelastung des Elektrokabels (2) das Innenteil (4) in das Außenteil (5) eingezogen und über das Außenteil (5) eine die elastische Verformung des Innenteils (4) bewirkende Kraft aufgebracht wird, wobei die elastische Verformung des Innenteils (4) eine Klemmkraft auf die Adern bzw. Litzen (1) ausübt. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein Dosiermodul für eine Abgasnachbehandlungseinrichtung mit einem Gehäuse (3) und einer Vorrichtung zur Einführung eines mehrere Adern oder Litzen (1) umfassenden Elektrokabels (2).
