Abstract:
(EN) A method and apparatus (14) for assembling a reinforcement web (12) for use with a wind turbine blade (10) are provided. A pre-formed flange structure (20) to be integrated with laminate layers (58, 60) to form the reinforcement web (12) is clamped into position against a mould end surface (76) using one or more locating clamps (16). The locating clamps (16) include first and second clamp blocks (80, 82) that are shaped to provide an external profile that avoids resin collection and bridging during resin injection molding, while allowing for clamping to be applied to the flange structure (20) with an easily assembled and disassembled removable engagement of the clamp blocks (80, 82). The locating clamp (16) prevents undesirable dislodgment of the flange structure (20) during the assembly process for the reinforcement web (12), and without necessitating the use of complex or expensive molding equipment or processes.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil (14) pour assembler une bande de renforcement (12) destinée à être utilisée avec une pale d'éolienne (10). Une structure de bride préformée (20) devant être intégrée à des couches stratifiées (58, 60) pour former la bande de renforcement (12) est serrée en position contre une surface (76) d'extrémité de moule à l'aide d'une ou de plusieurs pinces de positionnement (16). Les pinces de positionnement (16) comprennent un premier et un deuxième bloc de serrage (80, 82) qui sont façonnés pour obtenir un profil externe qui évite la collecte de résine et le pontage pendant le moulage par injection de résine, tout en permettant l'application d'un serrage à la structure de bride (20) avec une mise en prise amovible facilement assemblée et désassemblée des blocs de serrage (80, 82). La pince de positionnement (16) empêche un délogement non souhaité de la structure de bride (20) pendant le procédé d'assemblage de la bande de renforcement (12) et sans nécessiter l'utilisation d'un équipement ou de procédés de moulage complexes ou coûteux.
