Abstract:
The invention provides a nanocarbon-iron composite system employing acid-treated nanocarbons as carriers to interact with ferrous ions and/or ferric ions in iron salts to form a composite structure. In an in-vitro experiment and an animal test of the nanocarbon-iron composite system according to the invention, the nanocarbon-iron composite system displays effective inhibition in treatments of solid tumors including liver cancers, breast cancers and cervical cancers, and achieves favorable targeting performance, achieving favorable targeting properties. Accordingly, the invention further provides a preparation method based on the nanocarbon carrier-iron composite system, an application thereof in preparing a drug for treating solid tumors, and a suspension liquid for injection based on the nanocarbon carrier-iron composite system.
