(EN) The present invention relates to the technical field of medicines and provides a CP-iRGD polypeptide, an iRGD-DOTAP-mPEG-PLA nanoparticle, a drug-loading compound, a preparation method therefor and uses thereof. In the present invention, an amphiphilic mPEG-PLA diblock copolymer is modified by using a positively charged amphiphilic substance DOTAP and a modified CP-iRGD polypeptide having a tumor targeting effect, and a self-assembling method is used to prepare the iRGD-DOTAP-mPEG-PLA nanoparticle of a degradable gene vector, i.e., the iDPP nanoparticle. The nanoparticle can introduce gene plasmids into tumor cells.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte au domaine technique des médicaments et concerne un polypeptide CP-iRGD, une nanoparticule d'iRGD-DOTAP-mPEG-PLA, un composé de charge médicamenteuse, leur procédé de préparation et des utilisations associées. Dans la présente invention, un copolymère dibloc mPEG-PLA amphiphile est modifié en utilisant une substance amphiphile chargée positivement DOTAP et un polypeptide CP-iRGD modifié présentant un effet de ciblage de tumeur, et un procédé d'auto-assemblage est utilisé pour préparer la nanoparticule d'iRGD-DOTAP-mPEG-PLA d'un vecteur génétique dégradable, c'est-à-dire la nanoparticule d'iDPP. La nanoparticule peut introduire des plasmides génétiques dans des cellules tumorales.
