Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of medicines and provides a CP-iRGD polypeptide, an iRGD-DOTAP-mPEG-PLA nanoparticle, a drug-loading compound, a preparation method therefor and uses thereof. In the present invention, an amphiphilic mPEG-PLA diblock copolymer is modified by using a positively charged amphiphilic substance DOTAP and a modified CP-iRGD polypeptide having a tumor targeting effect, and a self-assembling method is used to prepare the iRGD-DOTAP-mPEG-PLA nanoparticle of a degradable gene vector, i.e., the iDPP nanoparticle. The nanoparticle can introduce gene plasmids into tumor cells.
