Abstract:
(EN) A surface acoustic wave (SAW) devices, such as filters and duplexers, which includes piezoelectric layer (204) and a high acoustic velocity layer (206) coupled to the piezoelectric layer (204) at a first surface of the high acoustic velocity layer (206). At least one transducer is provided within the high acoustic velocity layer (206) and flush with or near the first surface. The at least one transducer is configured to propagate a surface acoustic wave having an operating wavelength along the piezoelectric layer (204).
(FR) L'invention concerne des dispositifs à onde acoustique de surface (SAW), tels que des filtres et des duplexeurs, qui comprennent une couche piézoélectrique (204) et une couche à vitesse acoustique élevée (206) couplée à la couche piézoélectrique (204) au niveau d'une première surface de la couche à vitesse acoustique élevée (206). Au moins un transducteur est disposé à l'intérieur de la couche à vitesse acoustique élevée (206) et au même niveau que la première surface ou à proximité de cette dernière.
