Title: EXOSOMAL DNA-BASED METHOD FOR PERFORMING NON-INVASIVE PRENATAL DIAGNOSIS AND APPLICATION THEREOF
Abstract:
Provided is a method for isolating exosomal DNA, the method comprising the steps of: (i) providing a sample, the sample comprising a blood sample from peripheral blood of a pregnant woman; and (ii) separating the sample so as to obtain exosomal DNA. Also provided are a method for performing detection on a blood sample, a method for constructing a sequencing library for blood samples, a method for high-throughput sequencing of an exosomal DNA sequencing library, a non-invasive prenatal gene detection method, a non-invasive prenatal gene detection device, and a kit for performing detection on a blood sample and a use thereof.
