Abstract:
A natural gas leakage warning system and method based on the internet of things and a robot are characterized in that: when natural gas leakage occurs in a residential building in a city where a natural gas leakage warning platform is located, the natural gas leakage warning platform can send position information and a building name of the residential building in which the natural gas leakage occurs to a robot monitoring platform through the internet of things; and the robot monitoring platform computes the straight-line distance between the position of each robot monitored by the robot monitoring platform and the position of the residential building; and when the robot monitoring platform determines that a target robot having a straight-line distance with the position of the residential building being less than a first specified threshold exists, the robot monitoring platform sends natural gas leakage warning information comprising the position information and the building name of the residential building to the target robot through the internet of things. In this way, the natural gas leakage occurring in a resident building can be known by the outside world in time, so as to avoid a serious safety accident; and the robot is motivated to participate in the matter of giving an alarm on the natural gas leakage.
