Abstract:
A robot and mobile public security station participation-based alarm system and method. The present invention is characterized in that: when a water level-related telemetric station in a city has an on-site water level exceeding a warning water level, a controller computes a linear distance between each of mobile public security stations registered in the city and position information of said water level-related telemetric station; if it is determined that there is a target mobile public security station having a linear distance to the position information of said water level-related telemetric station less than a specified threshold, then water level alarm information including the position information of said water level-related telemetric station is sent to the target mobile public security station by means of the Internet of Things, and the target mobile public security station outputs the water level alarm information; and if no such target mobile public security station exists, the water level alarm information is sent to a server by means of the Internet of Things. The present invention enables a water level-related alarm to be provided to a large area in a timely manner, thus reducing damage and losses caused in a city. The present invention can perform financial management on a financial management account corresponding to a corresponding user identifier of a target robot, thus providing an incentive for the target robot to participate in a water level alarm activity.
