Abstract:
A robot participation-based information announcement system and method. The system is characterized in that: a first server is used to acquire on-site water level data of each of water level-related telemetric stations registered in a city, the on-site water level data being reported by said water level-related telemetric station via an Internet of Things (201); if the first server determines, according to on-site water level data reported by a water level-related telemetric station, that said water level-related telemetric station has an on-site water level exceeding a warning water level, and computation is performed to determine that registered loudspeaker apparatuses in the city have a target loudspeaker apparatus having a linear distance to position information of said water level-related telemetric station less than a specified threshold, then automatic alarm voice data including the position information of said water level-related telemetric station having an on-site water level exceeding the warning water level is sent to the target loudspeaker apparatus and a second server by means of the Internet of Things (202); the position information of said water level-related telemetric station having an on-site water level exceeding the warning water level is reported to a flood prevention center station by means of the Internet of Things (203); and the target loudspeaker apparatus plays the automatic alarm voice data (204). The method enables a water level-related alarm to be provided to a large area in a timely manner, thus reducing damage and losses caused in a city. The present invention provides an incentive to a robot to participate in a water level alarm activity.
