Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a device (300) for controlling bioencrustations on underwater structures (6), the device comprising a) a set of cleaning rings (100) formed by at least three links (1), said rings (100) being provided with rapid connections (18) for connection to rings (110, 111) of cables (113) for scraping and cleaning the underwater structure (6) and with the same number of loops (112) as links (1), the set of rings (100) and cable rings (110, 111) forming a semi-submersible ring; b) a set of empty, hollow blocks (2) provided with plugs (20), the blocks (20) acting as buoys (2000) when positioned close to the water line; c) a ballast assembly (2001) formed by said blocks (2), the interior thereof containing a ballast of solid, dense material; and d) vertical cables (5) for interlinking a), b) and c) and for transmitting the vertical movement to said device (300), and wherein, in order to obtain the device of the invention, a set of buoys (2000), various semi-submersible cleaning assemblies (1000) at regular intervals and a ballast assembly (2001) are set up, from the top downwards, around the underwater structure (6).
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif (300) de lutte contre les bio-incrustations sur des structures sous-marines (6), le dispositif comprenant : a) un ensemble d'anneaux 8100) de nettoyage formés par au moins trois éléments de liaison (1), lesdits anneaux (100) étant dotés d'éléments d'accouplement rapide (18) en vue d'un raccordement à des anneaux (110, 111) avec cordes (113) pour le raclage et le nettoyage de la structure sous-marine (6) et avec le même nombre de boucles (112) que le nombre d'éléments de liaison (1), l'ensemble d'anneaux (100) et d'anneaux (110, 111) avec cordes donnant lieu à un anneau (1000) semi-submersible ; b) un ensemble de blocs (2) creux et évidés dotés d'un tampon (20), les blocs (2) conférant la fonction d'une bouée (2000) lorsqu'ils sont positionnés au voisinage de la ligne d'eau ; c) un ensemble ballast (2001) constitué par lesdits blocs (2), qui renferment un ballast de matériau solide et dense ; et d) des cordes verticales (5) pour effectuer l'interconnexion entre a, b) et c) et pour la transmission du mouvement vertical audit dispositif (300). Pour obtenir le dispositif selon l'invention, on monte autour de la structure sous-marine (6), de haut en bas, un ensemble bouée (2000), divers ensembles semi-submersibles de nettoyage (1000) à intervalles réguliers et un ensemble ballast (2001).
(PT) É descrito um dispositivo (300) para o controle de bioincrustações em estruturas submarinas (6), o dispositivo compreendendo a) conjunto de anéis (100) de limpeza formados por pelo menos três elos (1), ditos anéis (100) sendo dotados de engates rápidos (18) para conexão com anéis (110, 111) de cordas (113) para raspagem e limpeza da estrutura submarina (6) e com o mesmo número de laços (112) que o número de elos (1), o conjunto de anéis (100) e anéis (110, 111) de cordas originando um anel (1000) semissubmersível; b) conjunto de blocos (2) ocos e vazados dotados de tampão (20), os blocos (2) oferecendo a função de boia (2000) quando posicionados próximo à linha d'água; c) conjunto de lastro (2001) constituído dos ditos blocos (2), o interior dos mesmos contendo um lastro de material sólido e denso; e d) cordas verticais (5) para efetuar a interligação entre a), b) e c) e para transmissão do movimento vertical ao dito dispositivo (300), e onde para obtenção do dispositivo da invenção monta-se, em torno da estrutura submarina (6), de cima para baixo, um conjunto de boia (2000), diversos conjuntos semissubmersíveis de limpeza (1000) a intervalos regulares e um conjunto de lastro (2001).
