Provided are: a material having high thermal conductivity that includes an alumina fiber sheet and a resin, wherein the material having high thermal conductivity includes 20-90% by mass of the alumina fiber sheet; and a method for producing a material having high thermal conductivity, the method including (1) a step for preparing a fiber sheet that includes an alumina source by electrostatic spinning or dry spinning in which a dispersion including an alumina source and a water-soluble polymer is used as a spinning material, (2) a step for firing the fiber sheet including an alumina source to prepare an alumina fiber sheet, and (3) a step for impregnating the alumina fiber sheet with a resin solution having a resin concentration of 10% by mass or less.

L'invention concerne : un matériau présentant une conductivité thermique élevée et qui comprend un voile en fibre d'alumine et une résine, le matériau présentant une conductivité thermique élevée comprenant de 20 à 90 % en masse de voile en fibre d'alumine; et un procédé de production d'un matériau présentant une conductivité thermique élevée, le procédé comprenant (1) une étape de préparation d'un voile en fibre, qui comprend une source d'alumine, par filage électrostatique ou filage à sec dans lequel une dispersion comprenant une source d'alumine et un polymère soluble dans l'eau est utilisée en tant que matériau de filage, (2) une étape de cuisson du voile en fibre comprenant une source d'alumine pour préparer un voile en fibre d'alumine et (3) une étape d'imprégnation du voile en fibre d'alumine avec une solution de résine présentant une concentration en résine égale ou inférieure à 10 % en masse.
