Provided is an automatic analysis device that automatically executes, while analysis is being performed, necessary maintenance without requiring an operator to stop analysis by the device in order to implement maintenance of a reaction container. Maintenance for keeping the reaction container clean is necessary to secure the reliability of absorbance data, but since it takes 30 minutes or longer to implement the maintenance, a problem of longer operating time arises. This automatic analysis device includes a memory unit for memorizing, in units of days, reaction containers to be cleaned such that all of the reaction containers placed on a reaction disc in a plurality of days are to be cleaned. A control unit performs control such that, in an operation state after samples to be analyzed are dispensed to the reaction containers, the samples to be analyzed in the respective reaction containers are analyzed, and the samples are not dispensed to reaction containers to be cleaned on a day stored in the memory unit, but detergents are dispensed thereto so that the reaction containers are cleaned while being soaked for a predetermined period of time. The number of reaction containers to be cleaned per day can be varied depending on how long a time, during which analysis process capability of the device is reduced, is allowed, whereby the device can be usable in various facilities.

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'analyse automatique exécutant automatiquement, pendant la réalisation de l'analyse, une maintenance nécessaire ne nécessitant pas d'un opérateur l'arrêt de l'analyse par le dispositif afin de mettre en œuvre la maintenance d'un récipient de réaction. Une maintenance afin de maintenir le récipient de réaction propre est nécessaire pour garantir la fiabilité de données d'absorbance, mais étant donné que la mise en œuvre de la maintenance nécessite 30 minutes ou plus, un problème de rallongement de temps d'exploitation se produit. Ledit dispositif d'analyse automatique comprend une unité de mémoire permettant de mémoriser, en unités de jours, des récipients de réaction à nettoyer de telle sorte que tous les récipients de réaction placés sur un disque de réaction pendant une pluralité de jours soient à nettoyer. Une unité de commande effectue une commande de telle sorte que, dans un état de fonctionnement après que des échantillons à analyser sont distribués aux récipients de réaction, les échantillons à analyser dans les récipients de réaction respectifs soient analysés, et que les échantillons ne soient pas distribués à des récipients de réaction à nettoyer pendant un jour mémorisé dans l'unité de mémoire, mais que des détergents soient distribués à ces derniers de telle sorte que les récipients de réaction soient nettoyés en étant trempés pendant une période de temps prédéterminée. オペレーターが反応容器のメンテナンスのために装置の分析を止めず、分析を行いながら必要なメンテナンスを自動で実行する自動分析装置を提供する。吸光度データの信頼性を確保するために、反応容器を清潔に保つためのメンテナンスが必須であるが、メンテナンスには30 分以上の時間を要し作業時間の増大が課題であった。複数日で反応ディスクに載置されたすべての反応容器が洗浄対象となるように日単位で洗浄対象の反応容器を記憶する記憶部を備え、制御部は、分析対象となる試料が該反応容器に分注された後のオペレーション状態中に、反応容器の夫々に分析対象となる試料を分析し、且つ、記憶部に記憶された当日の洗浄対象の反応容器に対し試料を分注せずに洗剤を分注し一定時間漬け置き洗浄するように制御する。また、装置の分析処理能力が低下する時間の許容幅に応じて、1 日当たりに洗浄する反応容器の数を可変にし、多様な施設に対応できるようにする。
