Abstract:
(EN) The present disclosure relates to an imaging element, a method for controlling the imaging element, an imaging device, and an electronic device which are able to suppress deterioration in yield caused by increase in density of the imaging element. Relief transfer paths are provided in a plurality of transfer paths which each transfer, in units of one bit, a time code having a predetermined number of bits, the time code being used to convert a pixel signal corresponding to the amount of light received by a pixel into a digital signal, so that the plurality of transfer paths is set to be switched to the relief transfer paths when having an error. The present disclosure is applicable to an imaging element.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un élément d'imagerie, un procédé de commande de l'élément d'imagerie, un dispositif d'imagerie, et un dispositif électronique, aptes à supprimer une détérioration du rendement provoquée par une augmentation de la densité de l'élément d'imagerie. Selon l'invention, des chemins de transfert de secours sont prévus dans une pluralité de chemins de transfert qui transfèrent chacun, dans des unités d'un seul bit, un code temporel ayant un nombre prédéterminé de bits, le code temporel étant utilisé pour convertir un signal de pixel correspondant à la quantité de lumière reçue par un pixel en un signal numérique. De la sorte, en cas d'erreur, la pluralité de trajets de transfert peut exécuter une commutation aux trajets de transfert de secours. La présente invention peut être appliquée à un élément d'imagerie.
(JA) 本開示は、撮像素子の高密度化に起因する歩留りの低下を抑制できるようにする撮像素子および撮像素子の制御方法、撮像装置、および電子機器に関する。 画素で受光した光量に応じた画素信号をデジタル信号に変換する際に使用する、所定のビット数の時刻コードを1ビット単位で転送する複数の転送経路に救済転送経路を設けるようにして、複数の転送経路にエラーが発生した場合、救済転送経路に切り替えられるようにする。本開示は、撮像素子に適用することができる。
