Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a vehicle control apparatus and a vehicle control method which allow safer autonomous driving. This vehicle control apparatus comprises a driver monitoring unit which detects a driving involvement level showing the degree to which a driver is involved in driving the vehicle, and a penalty application unit which, if the driving involvement level is insufficient, applies a penalty that constitutes a disadvantage to the driver. The present invention is applicable to, for example, a vehicle control apparatus for controlling autonomous driving.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil de commande de véhicule et un procédé de commande de véhicule qui permettent une conduite autonome plus sûre. Cet appareil de commande de véhicule comprend une unité de surveillance de conducteur qui détecte un niveau d'implication de conduite montrant le degré auquel un conducteur est impliqué dans la conduite du véhicule, et une unité d'application de pénalité qui, si le niveau d'implication de conduite est insuffisant, applique une pénalité qui constitue un désavantage pour le conducteur. La présente invention est applicable, par exemple, à un appareil de commande de véhicule pour commander une conduite autonome.
