Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a novel control device for an internal combustion engine, the control device being capable of accurately estimating an EGR amount (rate) during a transient state. For this purpose, detection signals of EGR sensors (9, 25) provided downstream of a throttle valve (7) that adjusts the flow rate of a mixed gas of air flowing through an intake pipe (10) and the EGR gas are input to determine a first EGR rate, detection signals of at least an air flow rate sensor (3) and an EGR valve opening degree sensor are input to perform predetermined calculation thereby estimating a second EGR rate, the second EGR rate is subjected to delay processing correspondingly to the response delay of the EGR sensor in order to determine a third EGR rate, and moreover the second EGR rate is learned and corrected by reflecting the difference between the third EGR rate and the first EGR rate.
(FR) L'invention concerne un nouveau dispositif de commande pour un moteur à combustion interne, le dispositif de commande étant susceptible d'estimer avec précision une quantité d'EGR (taux) pendant un état transitoire. À cet effet, des signaux de détection de capteurs d'EGR (9, 25) disposés en aval d'un papillon des gaz (7) qui ajuste le débit d'un gaz mixte d'air s'écoulant à travers un tuyau d'admission (10) et le gaz EGR sont entrés pour déterminer un premier taux d'EGR, des signaux de détection d'au moins un capteur de débit d'air (3) et un capteur de degré d'ouverture de soupape EGR sont entrés pour effectuer un calcul prédéterminé, estimant ainsi un deuxième taux d'EGR, le deuxième taux d'EGR étant soumis à un traitement de retard correspondant au retard de réponse du capteur d'EGR afin de déterminer un troisième taux d'EGR et, de plus, le deuxième taux d'EGR est appris et corrigé par réflexion de la différence entre le troisième taux d'EGR et le premier taux d'EGR.
(JA) 過渡状態時のEGR量(率)の推定を高精度に行なうことができる新規な内燃機関の制御装置を提供することにある。そのため、吸気管(10)を流れる空気とEGRガスの混合ガスの流量を調整するスロットルバルブ(7)の下流側に設けたEGRセンサ(9、25)の検出信号を入力として第1のEGR率を求め、少なくとも空気流量センサ(3)とEGRバルブ開度センサの検出信号を入力として所定の演算を行なって第2のEGR率を推定すると共に、第2のEGR率をEGRセンサの応答遅れに対応して遅れ処理して第3のEGR率を求め、更に、第3のEGR率と第1のEGR率の差分を反映して第2のEGR率を学習補正する。
