Abstract:
(EN) A system for determining a leakflow of a vacuum system of a vacuum filter comprises a controller (101) for adjusting speed of a filtration media of the vacuum filter and/or for adjusting supply rate of slurry onto the filtration media. The system comprises a pressure sensor (102) for determining pressure difference affecting over the filtration media and a layer of the slurry carried by the filtration media, and a device (103a, 103b) for determining flow rate through a vacuum pump that maintains the pressure difference. The speed of the filtration media and/or the supply rate of the slurry is/are adjusted so that the slurry is fully saturated by liquid along a whole filtration area affected by the pressure difference. Thus, fluid flow through the layer of the slurry is negligible and therefore the determined flow rate is indicative of the leakflow of the vacuum system.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système permettant de déterminer un écoulement de fuite d'un système à vide d'un filtre à vide, comprenant un dispositif de commande (101) servant à ajuster la vitesse d'un milieu de filtration du filtre à vide et/ou à ajuster le débit d'alimentation d'une suspension sur le milieu de filtration. Le système comprend un capteur de pression (102) servant à déterminer une différence de pression affectant le milieu de filtration et une couche de la suspension transportée par le milieu de filtration, et un dispositif (103a, 103b) servant à déterminer un débit à travers une pompe à vide qui maintient la différence de pression. La vitesse du milieu de filtration et/ou le débit d'alimentation de la suspension sont ajustés de telle sorte que la suspension est complètement saturée par un liquide le long de la totalité d'une zone de filtration affectée par la différence de pression. Ainsi, l'écoulement de fluide à travers la couche de la suspension est négligeable et, par conséquent, le débit déterminé indique l'écoulement de fuite du système à vide.
