Abstract:
(EN) A method for the production of 1T-transition metal dichalcogenide few-layer nanosheets and/or monolayer nanosheets comprising electrochemical intercalation of lithium ions into a negative electrode comprising a bulk 2H-transition metal dichalcogenide to provide an intercalated electrode, and an exfoliation step comprising contacting the intercalated electrode with a protic solvent to produce 1T-transition metal dichalcogenide few-layer nanosheets and/or monolayer nanosheets. An electrochemical capacitor comprising a composite electrode comprising 1T-MoS2 nanosheets and graphene, and a method of producing a composite electrode for use in an electrochemical capacitor.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production de nanofeuilles à quelques couches de dichalcogénure de métal de transition 1T et/ou de nanofeuilles à couche unique, consistant à intercaler électrochimiquement des ions lithium dans une électrode négative comprenant un dichalcogénure de métal de transition 2H massif, afin d'obtenir une électrode à intercalation, et une étape d'exfoliation consistant à mettre en contact l'électrode à intercalation avec un solvant protique pour produire des nanofeuilles à quelques couches de dichalcogénure de métal de transition 1T et/ou des nanofeuilles à couche unique. L'invention concerne également un condensateur électrochimique comprenant une électrode composite comprenant des nanofeuilles de 1T-MoS 2 et du graphène, ainsi qu'un procédé de production d'une électrode composite à utiliser dans un condensateur électrochimique.
