The invention relates miniature kinetic energy harvester (1) for generating electrical energy, comprising a support (2),a movable element (3) able to be brought into oscillation relative to the support (2), at least one electrostatic transducer (5, 6)having a first comb-shaped electrodes(51, 61) fixed to the support (2) and a second comb-shaped electrodes(52, 62) fixed to the movable element (3), the fingers (511, 611) of the first electrode (51, 61) and the fingers (521, 621) of the second electrode(52, 62) being interdigitated. According to the invention,at least some of the fingers (511, 611) of the first comb-shaped electrodes(51, 61) and the fingers (521, 621) of the second comb-shaped electrodes(52, 62) comprise each: teeth (512, 612, 522, 622) on one finger side and a flat surface (513, 613; 523, 623) on the opposite finger side, the first electrode (51, 61) and the second electrode (52, 62) being disposed such that their respective teeth (512, 612, 522, 622) are interdigitated and their respective flat surfaces (513, 613; 523, 623) face each other.

L'invention porte sur une récupérateur d'énergie cinétique miniature (1) pour générer de l'énergie électrique, comprenant un support (2), un élément mobile (3) apte à être amené en oscillation par rapport au support (2), au moins un transducteur électrostatique (5, 6) ayant une première électrode en forme de peigne (51, 61) fixée au support (2) et une seconde électrode en forme de peigne (52, 62) fixée à l'élément mobile (3), les doigts (511, 611) de la première électrode (51, 61) et les doigts (521, 621) de la seconde électrode (52, 62) étant interdigités. Selon l'invention, au moins certains des doigts (511, 611) des premières électrodes en forme de peigne (51, 61) et les doigts (521, 621) des deuxièmes électrodes en forme de peigne (52, 62) comprennent chacun : des dents (512, 612, 522, 622) sur un côté de doigt et une surface plate (513, 613 ; 523, 623) sur le côté de doigt opposé, la première électrode (51, 61) et la seconde électrode (52, 62) étant disposées de telle sorte que leurs dents respectives (512, 612, 522, 622) sont interdigitées et leurs surfaces plates respectives (513, 613 ; 523, 623) se font face.
