Die Erfindung betrifft eine Unterlegscheibe (1) mit einer axialen Durchgangsöffnung (6) für ein Befestigungselement (19), wobei die Unterlegscheibe (1) eine Außenscheibe (2) und ein Indikatorelement (3) aufweist, das in einem unverspannten Grundzustand eine Grundgeometrie (28) ausfüllt und das derart angeordnet ist, dass das Indikatorelement (3) beim Verspannen des Befestigungselements (19) durch Verformung radial nach außen verdrängt wird. An der Außenscheibe (2) ist mindestens ein axial abstehendes Stützelement (10) angeordnet mit dem sich die Unterlegscheibe (1) beim Verspannen gegen ein Bauteil (24) abstützt. Um ein sicheres Ablesen der Spannkraft beim Verspannen zu ermöglichen wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Unterlegscheibe (1) mindestens ein Visualisierungselement (9) zur Anzeige der Größe der im Befestigungselement (19) wirkenden Spannkraft aufweist, das die Außenscheibe (2) axial unter Ausbildung einer Axialöffnung (7) und das Stützelement (10) radial unter Ausbildung einer Radialöffnung (8) durchdringt.

The invention relates to a washer (1) having an axial through opening (6) for a fastening element (19). Said washer (1) has an outer disc (2) and an indicator element (3), which in a not tightened initial state completely fills a basic geometry (28) and which is arranged in such a way that the indicator element (3) is forced radially outwards by deformation when the fastening element (19) is tightened. At least one axially protruding support element (10), by which the washer (1) is supported against a component (24) during tightening, is arranged on the outer disc (2). In order to enable a reliable reading of the tightening force during tightening, according to the invention, the washer (1) has at least one visualization element (9) for displaying the magnitude of the tightening force acting in the fastening element (19), which visualization element penetrates the outer disc (2) axially whilst forming an axial opening (7) and penetrates the support element (10) radially whilst forming a radial opening (8).
