Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a biosensor having an RF bandpass structure, a method for sensing biometric data using the same, and a method for manufacturing an RF biosensor having a metal line and an air-bridge structure. The RF biosensor consisting of a meandering metal line including an air-bridge structure identifies a change in resonance frequency that changes according to permittivity of a substance to be measured such as blood serum, D-glucose, etc. to identify the concentration of the substance to be measured such as that of glucose. The RF biosensor, in which a surface of the meandering metal line constituting the RF biosensor is coated with gold (Au) and in which a certain magnitude of surface roughness is implemented by using etching, identifies the change in resonance frequency due to the capacitance of the biosensor that changes according to permittivity of the substance to be measured located in an area of the air-bridge and measures the concentration of the substance to be measured on the basis of the change in resonance frequency.
(FR) L'invention concerne un biocapteur à structure de bande passante RF, une méthode de détection de données biométriques l'utilisant ainsi qu'un procédé de fabrication d'un biocapteur RF à ligne métallique et à structure de pont à air. Le biocapteur RF, constitué d'une ligne métallique en méandres comprenant une structure de pont à air, identifie un changement de fréquence de résonance qui change en fonction de la permittivité d'une substance à mesurer telle que du sérum sanguin, du dextrose, etc., pour identifier la concentration de la substance à mesurer telle que celle du glucose. Le biocapteur RF, une surface de la ligne métallique en méandres constituant le biocapteur RF étant revêtue d'or (Au) et une certaine amplitude de rugosité de surface étant mise en œuvre par gravure, identifie le changement de fréquence de résonance du fait de la capacité du biocapteur qui change en fonction de la permittivité de la substance à mesurer située dans une zone du pont à air et mesure la concentration de la substance à mesurer sur la base du changement de fréquence de résonance.
(KO) RF 밴드패스(Bandpass) 구조를 갖는 바이오센서와 이를 이용한 생체 데이터 센싱 방법, 그리고 금속 라인과 에어-브릿즈 구조를 갖는 RF 바이오센서 제조 방법이 개시된다. 에어-브릿지 구조를 포함하는 꾸불꾸불한 금속라인으로 구성된 RF 바이오센서는 혈청, D-글루코스 등의 피측정물질의 유전율에 따라 변화하는 공진주파수 변화를 파악하여 글루코스 농도와 같은 피측정물질의 농도를 파악한다. RF 바이오 센서는 이를 구성하는 꾸불꾸불한 금속라인의 표면은 금(Au)으로 코팅되고, 에칭을 이용하여 일정 크기의 표면 거칠기가 구현되며, 상기 에어-브릿지 영역에 위치한 피측정물질의 유전율에 따라 변화하는 상기 바이오 센서의 커패시턴스로 인한 공진주파수 변화를 파악하고, 상기 공진주파수 변화를 기초로 상기 피측정물질의 농도를 측정한다.
