The present invention provides an amine-coated magnetic nanoparticle for removing non-soluble aggregates to isolate plasmid DNA from cells and a method for isolating plasmid DNA using the same. An amine-coated magnetic nanoparticle of the present invention has the advantage of being interchangeable with a buffer used in the conventional procedure of plasmid DNA isolation and can be added to a buffer for use in plasmid DNA isolation to remove non-soluble aggregates with the aid of a magnetic field rather than by use of a conventional centrifugation or filtration process, thereby further simplifying a plasmid DNA isolation procedure and improving efficiency.

Nanoparticule magnétique revêtue d'amine servant à éliminer des agrégats non solubles en vue d'isoler l'ADN plasmidique des cellules, et procédé d'isolement d'ADN plasmidique l'utilisant. Une nanoparticule magnétique revêtue d'amine selon la présente invention a l'avantage d'être interchangeable avec un tampon utilisé dans la procédure classique d'isolement d'ADN plasmidique et peut être ajoutée à un tampon à utiliser dans l'isolement d'ADN plasmidique pour éliminer des agrégats non solubles à l'aide d'un champ magnétique plutôt que par l'utilisation d'un procédé de centrifugation ou de filtration classique, ce qui simplifie encore une procédure d'isolement d'ADN plasmidique et améliore l'efficacité.

본 발명은 세포 내 플라스미드 DNA 분리를 위한 비용해성 응집체 제거용 아민-코팅 자성 나노입자 및 이를 이용한 플라스미드 DNA 분리 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 아민-코팅 자성 나노입자는, 종래의 플라스미드 DNA 분리 과정에 이용되는 완충액과 호환 가능한 이점을 갖으며, 플라스미드 DNA 분리 과정의 완충액 내 첨가되어 종래의 원심분리 또는 여과 과정이 아닌 자기장을 이용하여 비용해성 응집체를 제거함으로써 플라스미드 DNA 분리 과정을 보다 단순화하여 효율성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
