The present invention relates to a novel hole-transporting polymer and/or single molecule, a preparation method therefor, and an organic photovoltaic conversion device using the novel hole-transporting polymer as an active layer. According to the present invention, provided is a series of processes for preparing a hole-transporting polymer and/or single molecule having excellent photovoltaic conversion efficiency, having enhanced absorbance properties including the absorbance of long wavelengths by having a heterocyclic compound introduced thereto, and having charge transfer properties by the effective transfer of electrons by effective intermolecular stacking. In addition, an organic photovoltaic conversion device using the novel hole-transporting polymer as a photoactive layer is provided, and thus an effect is achieved whereby the organic photovoltaic conversion device may be usefully employed as a next-generation organic photovoltaic conversion device exhibiting stable photovoltaic conversion efficiency and having excellent conversion efficiency.

La présente invention concerne un nouveau polymère et/ou une molécule unique de transport de trous, un procédé de préparation correspondant et un dispositif de conversion photovoltaïque organique utilisant le nouveau polymère de transport de trous en tant que couche active. Selon la présente invention, l'invention concerne une série de procédés de préparation d'un polymère et/ou une molécule unique de transport de trous présentant une excellente efficacité de conversion photovoltaïque, présentant des propriétés d'absorbance améliorées, y compris l'absorbance de longues longueurs d'onde par l'introduction d'un composé hétérocyclique en son sein et présentant des propriétés de transfert de charge par le transfert efficace d'électrons par empilement intermoléculaire efficace. De plus, l'invention concerne un dispositif de conversion photovoltaïque organique utilisant le nouveau polymère de transport de trous en tant que couche photoactive et ainsi un effet est obtenu grâce à quoi le dispositif de conversion photovoltaïque organique peut être utilisé utilement en tant que dispositif de conversion photovoltaïque organique de nouvelle génération présentant une efficacité de conversion photovoltaïque stable et une excellente efficacité de conversion.

본 발명은 새로운 정공수송 고분자 및/또는 단분자 및 이의 제조방법과 새로운 정공수송 고분자를 활성층으로 채용한 유기광전변환소자에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면, 헤테로 고리화합물을 도입하면 장파장까지 흡광특성이 향상되고, 분자간의 효과적인 스태킹에 의해 효과적인 전자 이동을 통해 전하의 이동 특성을 갖는 우수한 광전변환효율의 정공수송 고분자 및/또는 단분자의 그 일련의 제조 과정을 제공하고, 상기 정공수송 고분자를 광활성층으로 채용한 유기광전변환소자를 제공함으로써, 안정된 광전변환효율을 보이며 그 변환효율이 우수한 차세대 유기광전변환소자로 유용하게 이용될 수 있는 효과가 있다.
