Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: a rubber composition for tire treads, which is formed into a tire that exhibits excellent on-ice performance, wet grip performance, low heat generation properties and wear resistance; and a pneumatic tire which uses this rubber composition for tire treads in a tread. This rubber composition for tire treads contains a diene rubber, a silica and a cured product; and the content of the silica is 20-100 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the diene rubber, while the content of the cured product is 0.3-30 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the diene rubber. The diene rubber contains a natural rubber and a modified butadiene rubber which has a polyorganosiloxane group at an end; the content of the natural rubber in the diene rubber is 30-90% by mass; and the content of the modified butadiene rubber in the diene rubber is 10-70% by mass. The cured product is obtained by curing a crosslinkable oligomer or polymer, which is not compatible with the diene rubber; and the cured product has a JIS A hardness of 3-45.
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition de caoutchouc pour bandes de roulement de pneumatique, qui est façonnée pour former un pneumatique présentant d'excellentes performances sur glace, des performances d'adhérence sur sol mouillé, des propriétés de faible production de chaleur et une résistance à l'usure ; et un pneumatique qui utilise cette composition de caoutchouc pour bandes de roulement de pneumatique dans une bande de roulement. Cette composition de caoutchouc pour bandes de roulement de pneumatique contient un caoutchouc diène, une silice et un produit durci ; et la teneur en la silice est de 20 à 100 parties en masse pour 100 parties en masse du caoutchouc diène, la teneur en le produit durci étant de 0,3 à 30 parties en masse pour 100 parties en masse du caoutchouc diène. Le caoutchouc diène contient un caoutchouc naturel et un caoutchouc butadiène modifié, qui présente un groupe polyorganosiloxane à une extrémité ; la teneur du caoutchouc diène en le caoutchouc naturel est de 30 à 90 % en masse, et la teneur en caoutchouc diène en le caoutchouc butadiène modifié est de 10 à 70 % en masse. Le produit durci est obtenu par durcissement d'un oligomère ou d'un polymère durcissable, qui n'est pas compatible avec le caoutchouc diène ; et le produit durci présente une dureté JIS A de 3 à 45.
(JA) タイヤにしたときに、氷上性能、ウェットグリップ性能、低発熱性および耐摩耗性に優れるタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物、ならびに、上記タイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物をトレッドに用いた空気入りタイヤを提供する。上記タイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物は、ジエン系ゴムと、シリカと、硬化物とを含有し、上記シリカの含有量が、上記ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して、20~100質量部であり、上記硬化物の含有量が、上記ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して、0.3~30質量部であり、上記ジエン系ゴムが、天然ゴムと、末端にポリオルガノシロキサン基を有する変性ブタジエンゴムとを含有し、上記ジエン系ゴム中の上記天然ゴムの含有量が、30~90質量%であり、上記ジエン系ゴム中の上記変性ブタジエンゴムの含有量が、10~70質量%であり、上記硬化物が、上記ジエン系ゴムと相溶しない架橋性オリゴマーまたはポリマーを硬化させた硬化物であり、上記硬化物のJIS A硬度が、3~45である。
