Abstract:
(EN) The present invention increases a hammer output by setting piston stroke to short stroke while maintaining hammering energy without changing a hydraulic circuit arrangement. This hydraulic hammering device is provided with: a piston front chamber (110) and a piston rear chamber (111) which are defined between the outer circumferential surface of a piston (200) and the inner circumferential surface of a cylinder (100) and are so arranged as to be removed from each other in the axis direction to the front side and rear side, respectively; a switching valve mechanism (130) which switches the piston front chamber (110) and/or the piston rear chamber (111) to a high-pressure circuit (101) and/or a low-pressure circuit (102) and thus drives the piston; and a speed increasing piston (410) which is provided behind the piston and which abuts against the piston during backward stroke of the piston to urge the piston (200) forward. The timing at which the speed increasing piston (410) commences abutment against the piston is set so as to precede the timing at which the piston (200) is braked by the switching valve mechanism (130).
(FR) Le dispositif selon la présente invention augmente une sortie de marteau en réglant une course de piston en course courte tout en maintenant l'énergie de percussion sans modifier un agencement de circuit hydraulique. Ledit dispositif de percussion hydraulique comprend : une chambre avant de piston (110) et une chambre arrière de piston (111) qui sont définies entre la surface circonférentielle externe d'un piston (200) et la surface circonférentielle interne d'un cylindre (100) et sont agencées de façon à être éloignées l'une de l'autre dans la direction de l'axe vers le côté avant et le côté arrière, respectivement ; un mécanisme de valve de commande (130) qui commute la chambre avant de piston (110) et/ou la chambre arrière de piston (111) vers un circuit haute pression (101) et/ou un circuit basse pression (102) et entraîne ainsi le piston ; et un piston d'augmentation de vitesse (410) qui est disposé derrière le piston et qui bute contre le piston pendant une course de retour du piston de sorte à pousser le piston (200) vers l'avant. Le moment auquel le piston d'augmentation de vitesse (410) commence à buter contre le piston est réglé de manière à précéder le moment auquel le piston (200) est freiné par le mécanisme de valve de commande (130).
(JA) 油圧回路配置を変更せず、かつ、打撃エネルギを維持しながらピストンストロークをショートストローク化して打撃出力を増大する。この液圧式打撃装置は、ピストン(200)の外周面とシリンダ(100)の内周面との間に画成されて軸方向の前後に離隔配置されたピストン前室(110)およびピストン後室(111)と、ピストン前室(110)およびピストン後室(111)の少なくとも一方を、高圧回路(101)および低圧回路(102)の少なくとも一方に切換えてピストンを駆動する切換弁機構(130)と、ピストン後方に設けられてピストンにその後退行程の途中で当接してピストン(200)を前方へと付勢する増速ピストン(410)とを備え、増速ピストン(410)は、自身とピストンとが当接を開始するタイミングが、ピストン(200)が切換弁機構(130)によって制動を受けるタイミングよりも早く設定されている。
