This operation analysis devices provided with: coordinate information acquisition units (5, 6) which detect position coordinates of a joint position of a worker and location coordinates; operation content extraction units (9, 10) which, on the basis of the position coordinates and location coordinates acquired by the coordinate information acquisition units (5, 6), extract, as operation content information, the movement path and procedure of operation actions accompanying a series of operations by a worker, and the time required for these; an operation content analysis unit (12) which, on the basis of the operation content information acquired by the operation content extraction units (9, 10), analyzes the operation content performed by a worker and determines whether or not there is any nonstandard operation that departs from standard operation; and a feedback unit (14) which, if the operation content analysis unit (12) determines a nonstandard operation, prompts the worker to return to the standard operation.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'analyse d'opérations qui comporte: des unités (5, 6) d'acquisition d'informations de coordonnées qui détectent des coordonnées de position d'une position d'articulation d'un salarié et des coordonnées de localisation; des unités (9, 10) d'extraction de contenu d'opérations qui, d'après les coordonnées de position et les coordonnées de localisation acquises par les unités (5, 6) d'acquisition d'informations de coordonnées, extraient, en tant qu'informations de contenu d'opérations, la trajectoire de mouvement et la procédure d'actions d'opérations accompagnant une série d'opérations effectuées par un salarié, et le temps nécessaire pour celles-ci; une unité (12) d'analyse de contenu d'opérations qui, d'après les informations de contenu d'opérations acquises par les unités (9, 10) d'extraction de contenu d'opérations, analyse le contenu d'opération réalisé par un salarié et détermine s'il existe ou non une éventuelle opération non standard qui s'écarte d'une opération standard; et une unité (14) de rétroaction qui, si l'unité (12) d'analyse de contenu d'opérations détermine une opération non standard, invite le salarié à revenir à l'opération standard.

作業者の関節部位の部位座標と存在位置座標とを検出する座標情報取得部(5、6)、座標情報取得部(5、6)により取得された部位座標と存在位置座標とに基づいて作業者の一連の作業に伴う作業動作の手順と移動経路およびそれらに要する時間を作業内容情報として抽出する作業内容抽出部(9、10)、作業内容抽出部(9、10)により得られる作業内容情報に基づいて作業者が行う作業内容を分析して標準作業から逸脱する標準外作業の有無を判断する作業内容分析部(12)、および作業内容分析部(12)で標準外作業であると判定された場合には作業者に標準作業に復帰するように促すフィードバック部(14)を備える。
