A silicon nanoparticle-containing hydrogen polysilsesquioxane sintered product–metal oxide complex comprising a silicon nanoparticle-containing hydrogen polysilsesquioxane sintered product and a metal oxide, wherein the silicon nanoparticle-containing hydrogen polysilsesquioxane sintered product contains 5 wt% to 95 wt% of silicon nanoparticles having a volume-based mean particle size of more than 10 nm but less than 500 nm, and a hydrogen polysilsesquioxane-derived silicon oxide structure that coats the silicon nanoparticles and is chemically bonded to the surfaces of the silicon nanoparticles. The silicon nanoparticle-containing hydrogen polysilsesquioxane sintered product is represented by the general formula SiOxHy (0.01 < x < 1.35, 0 < y < 0.35) and has Si–H bonds. The metal oxide consists of one or more metals selected from titanium, zinc, zirconium, aluminum, and iron.

L'invention concerne un complexe de produit fritté de polysilsesquioxane d'hydrogène contenant des nanoparticules de silicium-oxyde métallique comprenant un produit fritté de polysilsesquioxane d'hydrogène contenant des nanoparticules de silicium et un oxyde métallique, le produit fritté de polysilsesquioxane d'hydrogène contenant des nanoparticules de silicium contenant 5 % en poids à 95 % en poids de nanoparticules de silicium ayant une taille de particule moyenne basée sur le volume supérieure à 10 nm mais inférieure à 500 nm, et une structure d'oxyde de silicium dérivée de polysilsesquioxane d'hydrogène qui recouvre les nanoparticules de silicium et qui est liée chimiquement aux surfaces des nanoparticules de silicium. Le produit fritté de polysilsesquioxane d'hydrogène contenant des nanoparticules de silicium est représenté par la formule générale SiOxHy (0,01 < x < 1,35, 0 < y < 0,35) et comporte des liaisons Si-H.
