Provided is a method for manufacturing a foamed product, said method allowing a control device for a physical blowing agent to be omitted or simplified, and allowing the amount of dissolution (amount of permeation) of the physical blowing agent into a molten resin to be stabilized. The method for manufacturing a foamed product uses a manufacturing apparatus having a plasticizing cylinder in which an introduction port for introducing a physical blowing agent into a starvation zone is formed, and an introduction speed adjustment container connected to the introduction port, wherein the manufacturing method comprises: turning a thermoplastic resin into a molten resin; introducing the physical blowing agent at a predetermined pressure into the starvation zone through the introduction speed adjustment container and maintaining the starvation zone at a predetermined pressure; setting the molten resin to a starved state; bringing the molten resin in the starved state and the pressurized fluid into contact with each other; and molding the molten resin into a foamed product. The maximum value of the inner diameter of the introduction speed adjustment container is larger than the inner diameter of the introduction port.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un produit expansé, ledit procédé permettant à un dispositif de commande d'un agent de soufflage physique d'être omis ou simplifié, et permettant la stabilisation de la quantité de dissolution (quantité de perméation) de l'agent de soufflage physique dans une résine fondue. Le procédé de fabrication d'un produit expansé utilise un appareil de fabrication ayant un cylindre de plastification dans lequel est formé un orifice d'introduction permettant d'introduire un agent de soufflage physique dans une zone de privation, et un récipient de réglage de vitesse d'introduction relié à l'orifice d'introduction, le procédé de fabrication consistant : à transformer une résine thermoplastique en une résine fondue ; à introduire l'agent de soufflage physique à une pression prédéterminée dans la zone de privation à travers le récipient de réglage de vitesse d'introduction et à maintenir la zone de privation à une pression prédéterminée ; à régler la résine fondue dans un état appauvri ; à amener la résine fondue à l'état appauvri et le fluide sous pression en contact l'un avec l'autre ; et à mouler la résine fondue en un produit expansé. La valeur maximale du diamètre interne du récipient de réglage de vitesse d'introduction est plus grande que le diamètre interne de l'orifice d'introduction.
