Abstract
(EN)
This edge finishing device (90) for use on a glass substrate (1) as a brittle material substrate includes a first heating unit (10) and a second heating unit (20). The first heating unit (10) heats an edge of the glass substrate (1) to melt the edge to smoothen irregularities. The second heating unit (20) heats a plate surface of the glass substrate (1) near the location which is to be smoothened by the first heating unit (10) at a heating temperature that is lower than that of the first heating unit (10).

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de finition de bord (90) destiné à l’utilisation sur un substrat en verre (1) comme substrat en matériau fragile comprenant une première unité de chauffage (10) et une seconde unité de chauffage (20). La première unité de chauffage (10) chauffe un bord du substrat en verre (1) pour faire fondre le bord afin de lisser les irrégularités. La seconde unité de chauffage (20) chauffe une surface de plaque du substrat en verre (1) près de l’emplacement qui doit être lissé par la première unité de chauffage (10) à une température de chauffage qui est inférieure à celle de la première unité de chauffage (10).

脆性材料基板としてのガラス基板(1)の端部仕上げ装置(90)は、第1加熱部(10)と、第2加熱部(20)と、を備える。第1加熱部(10)は、ガラス基板(1)の端部を溶融して凹凸を平滑化するために当該端部を加熱する。第2加熱部(20)は、第1加熱部(10)により平滑化が施される位置の近傍のガラス基板(1)の板面を、第1加熱部(10)による加熱温度よりも低い温度で加熱する。
