An image processing device equipped with an image generation unit for generating corresponding image data that corresponds to first microscope image data obtained under first observation conditions, on the basis of third microscope image data and second microscope image data obtained under second observation conditions, and also equipped with an image output unit for outputting the corresponding image data. The corresponding image data may be image data that corresponds to a first focal plane at which the first microscope image data is obtained, and the second microscope image data and the third microscope image data may be image data which corresponds respectively to a second focal plane and a third focal plane which differ from the first focal plane.

La présente invention a trait à un dispositif de traitement d'image qui est équipé d'une unité de génération d'image permettant de générer des données d'image correspondantes qui correspondent à des premières données d'image de microscope obtenues dans des premières conditions d'observation, sur la base de troisièmes données d'image de microscope et de deuxièmes données d'image de microscope obtenues dans des secondes conditions d'observation, et qui est également équipé d'une unité de sortie d'image permettant de délivrer les données d'image correspondantes. Les données d'image correspondantes peuvent être des données d'image qui correspondent à un premier plan focal où les premières données d'image de microscope sont obtenues, et les deuxièmes données d'image de microscope ainsi que les troisièmes données d'image de microscope peuvent être des données d'image qui correspondent respectivement à un deuxième plan focal et à un troisième plan focal différant du premier plan focal.

画像処理装置であって、第1観察条件で得られた第1顕微鏡画像データに対応する対応画像データを、第2観察条件で得られた第2顕微鏡画像データと第3顕微鏡画像データに基づいて生成する画像生成部と、対応画像データを出力する画像出力部と、を備える。対応画像データは、第1顕微鏡画像データが得られた第1焦点面に対応する画像データであってよく、第2顕微鏡画像データと第3顕微鏡画像データはそれぞれ、第1焦点面とは異なる第2焦点面と第3焦点面における画像データであってよい。
