Abstract:
(EN) A method of producing a cryogel-based multicompartment 3D scaffold is herein disclosed. The method comprises the steps of: a) providing a first frozen polymeric layer on a refrigerated support kept at subzero temperature; b) providing subsequent polymeric layers to obtain a stack of polymeric layers by possibly modulating the subzero temperature of the refrigerated support; c) optionally incubating the final polymeric structure at subzero temperature; and d) placing the produced cryogel at a temperature above 0°C, wherein each subsequent layer i) is deposited on the previous one after freezing of this latter; ii) is deposited on the previous one before the complete polymerization of this latter; and iii) is deposited with a temperature higher than the freezing temperature of the previously deposited layer. Cryogel scaffolds obtained from said method are also disclosed.
(FR) L'invention concerne une méthode de production d'un échafaudage 3D à compartiments multiples à base d'un cryogel. La méthode comprend les étapes consistant à : a) fournir une première couche polymère congelée sur un support réfrigéré maintenu à une température sous zéro; b) fournir des couches polymères ultérieures pour obtenir un empilement de couches polymères en modulant éventuellement la température sous zéro du support réfrigéré; c) éventuellement incuber la structure polymère finale à une température sous zéro; et d) placer le cryogel produit à une température supérieure à 0 °C, chaque couche suivante i) étant déposée sur la précédente après congélation de cette dernière; ii) est déposée sur la couche précédente avant la polymérisation complète de cette dernière; et iii) est déposée avec une température supérieure à la température de congélation de la couche précédemment déposée. L'invention concerne également des échafaudages de cryogel obtenus à partir de ladite méthode.
