Through the present invention, a display device suitable for size enlargement is realized. A display device having first through third wirings, a first transistor, first through third electroconductive layers, and a first pixel electrode; the first wiring extending in a first direction and intersecting with the second and third wirings; the second and third wirings each extending in a second direction intersecting with the first direction; the gate of the first transistor being electrically connected to the first wiring; the source or drain of the first transistor being electrically connected to the second wiring via the first through third electroconductive layers; the second electroconductive layer having a region overlapping with the third wiring; the first electroconductive layer, the third electroconductive layer, and the first pixel electrode including the same material; the first wiring and the second electroconductive layer including the same material; a selection signal being supplied to the first wiring; and different signals being supplied to each of the second and third wirings.
