Abstract

A system for managing hull washing and cleaning plants for ships comprises surveying the sea conditions where the ship is sailing or is moored by means of an apparatus placed on the ship subject to the management system; transmitting data detected during mooring and navigation of the ship to an apparatus for processing detected and previously stored data; the data detection apparatus constantly records the parameters, using its own sensors or connecting to sensors and detectors already present in the ship that detect instantaneously, and at pre-arranged times during navigation or mooring of the ship: speed and position detector (3), with tracing of the ship's routes; sea conditions and wave motion detector (4); climatic and air conditions detector (5); navigation and stop or mooring data detector (6); fuel consumption detector (7), located between the cistern (8) and the propeller (9); propeller operation data detector (10), in particular of the number of revolutions of the propeller; moreover, the aforementioned device is realized with a local computer which stores collected data and realizes data transmission (11 ) over the airwaves; and has the following steps: - the data detection apparatus transmits collected data to the ship owner (V-OVN); - the ship owner, informed of the hull status, announces the intention to wash the hull to the management company (WWC) of the hull washing plants for ships, on the data processing apparatus of the management company with a central computer (CPx) dedicated to the storage of data (CDx) communicated during the trip and previously; - the management company (WWC) informs the ship owner of the availability for washing, indicating the port (H-x), the type of plant (WSx) and the confirmation of the requested date; - the management company (WWC), constantly informed by the ship owner for the washing, updates the processed data verifying the correspondence of the reservation in the port (H-x) and of the type of plant (WSx) planned for the washing, confirming any changes to the ship owner; - the management company (WWC) collects the data received from the ship owner and updates the methods for predictive calculation of a future moment of reaching the dirty status of the hull, requiring washing, according to the type of ship, type of hull, loading conditions, route taken, i.e. navigation areas and times, and the conditions of the hull encountered during cleaning, i.e. the amount of removed fouling; - the management company (WWC) informs the ship owner (V-OWN) about the updating of the calculation for the future moment of reaching the dirty status of the hull, requiring washing, calculated with the predictive method constantly updated with iterations at the end of each washing or cleaning of the hull of the single ship.

L'invention concerne un système de gestion d'installations de lavage et de nettoyage de coque pour navires, comportant les étapes consistant à inspecter les conditions de mer là où le navire navigue ou est amarré au moyen d'un appareil placé sur le navire soumis au système de gestion; à envoyer des données détectées pendant l'amarrage et la navigation du navire à un appareil servant à traiter des données détectées et stockées précédemment; l'appareil de détection de données enregistre constamment les paramètres, en utilisant ses propres capteurs ou en se connectant à des capteurs et des détecteurs déjà présents dans le navire qui détectent instantanément, et à des instants prédéfinis pendant la navigation ou l'amarrage du navire: détecteur (3) de vitesse et de position, avec tracé des itinéraires du navire; détecteur (4) de conditions de mer et de mouvement des vagues; détecteur (5) de conditions climatiques et de l'air; détecteur (6) de données de navigation et d'arrêt ou d'amarrage; détecteur (7) de consommation de carburant, situé entre la citerne (8) et l'hélice (9); détecteur (10) de données de fonctionnement d'hélice, en particulier du nombre de tours de l'hélice; en outre, ledit dispositif est réalisé avec un ordinateur local qui stocke des données recueillies et réalise une transmission (11) de données via les ondes hertziennes; et comporte les étapes suivantes: - l'appareil de détection de données envoie des données recueillies à l'armateur du navire (V- OWN); - l'armateur du navire, informé de l'état de la coque, annonce l'intention de laver la coque à la société de gestion (WWC) des installations de lavage de coque pour navires, sur l'appareil de traitement de données de la société de gestion avec un ordinateur central (CPx) dédié au stockage de données (CDx) communiquées pendant le trajet et auparavant; - la société de gestion (WWC) informe l'armateur du navire de la disponibilité en vue du lavage, indiquant le port (H-x), le type de plant (WSx) et la confirmation de la date demandée; - la société de gestion (WWC), constamment informée par l'armateur du navire pour le lavage, actualise les données traitées vérifiant la correspondance de la réservation dans le port (H-x) et du type d'installation (WSx) prévus pour le lavage, confirmant d'éventuels changements à l'armateur du navire; - la société de gestion (WWC) recueille les données reçues de la part de l'armateur du navire et actualise les procédés pour le calcul prédictif d'un moment futur où sera atteint un état de saleté de la coque nécessitant un lavage, selon le type de navire, le type de coque, les conditions de chargement, l'itinéraire suivi, c.à.d. les zones et heures de navigation, et les conditions de la coque rencontrées pendant le nettoyage, c.à.d. la quantité de salissures retirées; - la société de gestion (WWC) informe l'armateur du navire (V-OWN) concernant l'actualisation du calcul du moment futur où sera atteint un état de saleté de la coque nécessitant un lavage, calculé avec le procédé prédictif constamment actualisé avec des itérations à la fin de chaque lavage ou nettoyage de la coque du navire unique.
