Title: APPARATUS FOR DEHUMIDIFYING INDOOR AIR IN A FACILITY FOR PLANTS
Abstract:
An apparatus for dehumidifying indoor air in a horticultural facility intended for the cultivation of plants, said apparatus comprising a condensation dehumidifier (2), which is in connection with a cultivation space (1) capable of being insulated and closed relative to the environment, and which has a substantially sealed interior (2a), and which is used for reducing/eliminating water absorbed in the horticultural facility' s indoor air by cooling with a cooling system (3) the indoor air delivered by fan operation (F) from the cultivation space into the- condensation dehumidifier' s interior (2; 2a), and for returning the dehumidified indoor air from the interior (2a) into the cultivation space. The condensation dehumidifier (2) has its interior (2; 2a) provided with a condensation system (4) capable of being kept cold with the cooling system (3) and comprising a fixed cooling structure which is to be kept cold with a cooling medium circulation and by which the indoor air traveling in the condensation dehumidifier (2) is adapted to be dehumidified by having it impinge, as it makes its way through the condensation system, on several cold surfaces successive in a longitudinal direction (y ) of the cooling structure consisting of a heat transfer material and/or by having it flow along elongated cold surfaces present therein in the longitudinal direction (y).
