A nuclear magnetic resonance multidimensional spectrum method for simultaneously measuring hydrogen-hydrogen coupling constants of a plurality of coupling networks, the method comprising: firstly applying a 90-degree hard pulse to rotate a magnetization vector from the Z direction to the XY plane; after the time of t1/2, applying a selective 180-degree soft pulse, and simultaneously applying a Z-direction magnetic field gradient, so that the selective 180-degree soft pulse excites different nuclei in different spatial locations; then applying a psyche module, and applying two gradients having the same strength and the same direction to both sides of the psyche module to disperse the phase of an unwanted signal; and then after the time of t1/2, using an EPSI sampling module to simultaneously acquire chemical shift information and spatial location information. In this way, the couplings of other nuclei and the nuclei excited by the 180-degree soft pulse in the same layer can be obtained in different layers, and these couplings show the split peaks in indirect dimensions; and a corresponding J coupling constant can be measured from these split peaks.
