The touch substrate in the embodiments of the present disclosure comprises a substrate, a touch electrode layer being provided on the substrate, the touch electrode layer comprising a plurality of touch electrodes, a filler being provided between any two adjacent touch electrodes of the touch electrode layer, the orthographic projection of the filler on the substrate being at least partially located between the orthographic projections of the two adjacent touch electrodes on the substrate; the refractive index of the filler is n3, the refractive index of the substrate is n1, the refractive index of the touch electrodes is n2, where |n2-n3|<|n2-n1|.
