Abstract:
Provided is a smart modified-wave voltage conversion circuit based on MOS tube full-bridge rectification, comprising an alternating-current input unit (10), a PFC boost unit (30), an inverting phase-inversion unit (50), and a MOS tube full-bridge rectifier unit (20). the MOS tube full-bridge rectifier unit comprises a first MOS tube (Q1), a second MOS tube (Q2), a third MOS tube (Q3), a fourth MOS tube (Q4), and a first capacitor (C1); the source electrode of the first MOS tube and the source electrode of the second MOS tube are connected to each other and serve as the positive electrode of the output end of the MOS tube full-bridge rectifier unit; the drain electrode of the third MOS tube and the source electrode of the fourth MOS tube are connected to each other and serve as the negative electrode of the output end of the MOS tube full-bridge rectifier unit; the first MOS tube and fourth MOS tube conduct electricity simultaneously, and the second MOS tube and the third MOS tube conduct electricity simultaneously. The circuit improves conversion efficiency, meets the requirements of fan-free heat dissipation, and reduces noise.
