Abstract

An antibacterial packaging film and a processing method. The antibacterial packaging film comprises the following raw materials: highly branched polyethylene 90-100 parts and a silver-ion antibacterial agent 1-10 parts, the silver-ion antibacterial agent comprising at least one of a silver-loaded zeolite, silver-loaded glass, silver-loaded zirconium phosphate, silver-loaded hydroxyapatite, silver chloride-loaded titanium dioxide, silver-loaded aluminum oxide, and a complex of the silver-loaded zeolite and an organic polysiloxane. The beneficial effects of the antibacterial packaging film are such that air permeability is very low and barrier performance with respect to moisture and oxygen is very great, and use of the film in the processing of a packaging film obviates the need to use an additional barrier layer, thus simplifying a manufacturing process for the packaging film.

L'invention concerne un film d'emballage antibactérien et un procédé de traitement. Le film d'emballage antibactérien comprend les matières premières suivantes : de 90 à 100 parties de polyéthylène hautement ramifié et 1 à 10 parties d'un agent antibactérien à ions d'argent, l'agent antibactérien à ions d'argent comprenant au moins un des éléments parmi une zéolite chargée en argent, un phosphate de zirconium chargé en argent, de l'hydroxyapatite chargée en argent, du dioxyde de titane chargé en chlorure d'argent, de l'oxyde d'aluminium chargé en argent, et d'un complexe composé de la zéolite chargée en argent et d'un polysiloxane organique. Les effets bénéfiques du film d'emballage antibactérien sont tels que la perméabilité à l'air est très faible et la performance de barrière vis-à-vis de l'humidité et de l'oxygène est très importante, et l'utilisation du film dans le traitement d'un film d'emballage évite le besoin d'utiliser une couche barrière supplémentaire, simplifiant ainsi un processus de fabrication du film d'emballage.

一种抗菌包装膜及其加工方法,抗菌包装膜包含的原料如下:高度支化聚乙烯90~100份,银离子抗菌剂1~10份,银离子抗菌剂包含载银沸石、载银玻璃、载银磷酸锆、载银羟基磷灰石、载氯化银二氧化钛、载银氧化铝、载银沸石与有机聚硅氧烷复合物中的至少一种。其有益效果是,空气透过率非常低,对水分和氧气的阻隔性非常好,用它来加工包装膜不需要额外使用阻隔层,可以简化包装膜的生产工艺。
