Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer and a processing method for same. In terms of 100 parts by weight, raw materials of the polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer comprise: high-density polyethylene 10-50 parts, highly branched polyethylene 50-90 parts, and an antioxidant 0.1-1 part, where the degree of branching of the highly branched polyethylene is 70-130 branch chains/1000 carbons, the weight-averaged molecular weight is 66 thousand to 436 thousand, and the Mooney viscosity is 6-93 ML(1+4) 125 °C. The beneficial effect of the elastomer is such that, by using the highly branched polyethylene to replace elastomers such as EPDM, POE, OBC, the production costs are significantly reduced for the polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer, which thus is suitable large-scale industrial production.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un élastomère thermoplastique polyoléfinique et un procédé de traitement correspondant. Pour 100 parties en poids, les matières premières de l'élastomère thermoplastique polyoléfinique comprennent : polyéthylène haute densité (10 à 50 parties), polyéthylène hautement ramifié (50 à 90 parties), et un oxydant (0,1 à 1 partie), le degré de ramification du polyéthylène hautement ramifié étant de 70 à 130 chaînes ramifiées/1000 atomes de carbone, la masse moléculaire moyenne en masse étant de 66 000 à 436 000, et la viscosité Mooney étant de 6 à 93 ML(1+4) à 125 °C. L'effet avantageux de l'élastomère est tel que, par utilisation du polyéthylène hautement ramifié pour remplacer des élastomères tels que l'EPDM, le POE, l'OBC, les coûts de production sont significativement réduits pour l'élastomère thermoplastique polyoléfinique, qui ainsi convient ainsi à une production industrielle à grande échelle.
(ZH) 本发明涉及到一种聚烯烃热塑性弹性体及其加工方法,按重量份100份计,其包含:按重量份100份计,聚烯烃热塑性弹性体的原料包括:高密度聚乙烯10~50份,高度支化聚乙烯50~90份,抗氧剂0.1~1份,其中,高度支化聚乙烯的支化度为70~130个支链/1000个碳,重均分子量为6.6万~43.6万、门尼粘度ML(1+4)125℃为6~93。其有益效果是,用高度支化聚乙烯代替EPDM、POE、OBC等弹性体可以大幅度降低聚烯烃热塑性弹性体的生产成本,适于大规模工业生产。
