A high impact-resistance polyvinyl chloride and a processing method therefor. In terms of 100 parts by weight, raw material components of the high impact-resistance polyvinyl chloride comprise: a PVC resin 100 parts, highly branched polyethylene 5-25 parts, a compatibilizer 2-15 parts, a stabilizer 0.5-8 parts, and a lubricant 0.5-5 parts, where the PVC resin is a PVC resin of a degree of polymerization of 1400-1600, the degree of branching of the highly branched polyethylene is 70-130 branch chains/1000 carbons, the weight-averaged molecular weight is 66 thousand to 436 thousand, and the Mooney viscosity is 6-93 ML(1+4) 125 °C. The beneficial effect is such that, with the highly branched polyethylene serving as an impact-resistance modifier for the high impact-resistance polyvinyl chloride, production costs are significantly reduced for the high impact-resistance polyvinyl chloride, which thus is suitable for large-scale industrial production.
